The networked campus category have two indicators – network environment and e-campus.

The network environment category is measured using sub-indicators that include ICT power supply availability, security of ICT equipment and software, and availability of disaster recovery plans. The e-campus indicator measure the degree of automation of internal processes (i.e., availability of appropriate information systems) and electronic interactions of the campus with students, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
